P.S. I checked newegg. They sold out of their 5970s. I kind of wavered on buying them and then when I went to buy, they were OOS.

Secondly, has anyone here actually tried to buy a card like that after if comes off OOS? Good luck! I have had a payed for cart get canceled. Ive have a willcall pick up have the same and I was told when I got there. I have had an order of over 30 cards from them get cut down to 2. So just because newegg says you bought it, thats not always true.

What I don't get is...ok so you received the cards today. Then you unpackaged them and hooked them up to your computer?
