My most important concern is to be able to get out or get in as in the hashnet market, havelock is good, however i'm in for large quantities so if buying in havelock i have 5% bonus for buying 100TH/S not 6% as directly with AMhash, what i like from havelock is the ability to sell my positions in case i need it.
So, in your opinion, is it better to buy at havelock or directly at AMhash?
depends how much you want to invest. im personally on havelock. for both AM and AMhash (and for now..) because it is actually the most flexible solution imho.

You cannot see them on amhash, you bought them on havelock so that is where they are. transfer abilities will open toward the end of the month.
so now i have xmas to wait for " as i know my wife got me xbox one lol " and i also get to get the transfer option alot of people have been asking for. I really hope security is like beefed up ALOT before they allow transfers for reasons that i am sure i dont have to name.

1.One of the mining house is under maintenance now due to the issues of soptical fiber cable.
The "Hashrates @Ghash.io" will be back normal soon.
2.The ASICMiner team are working on deploy more hashpower now. It will show at AMHash homepage(http://www.amhash.com/index.htm) as "Hashrates2 @Ghash.io".

seems more of a desperate attempt at squeezing the last drops of profit before the next gens kick in.

you are talking about dropping btc price right
dropping difficulty increases payout but dropping BTC price reduces payout.BTC lost around 5% of it's value but the difficulty dropped % so expect a reduction of around 3% for now.

You create a forum thread selling them directly to forum members, like asicminer shares were traded, or you transfer them to somewhere like PBmining.

So if Bitcoin keeps tanking and we end up around $100 per coin how long can you keep this setup mining? Is there any provisions about that sort of thing? Obviously you guys would be running at a pretty large loss if that were to happen?
If Bitcoin hits $100 then the contract would already have terminated as the reward would be less than the maintenance fee of .01551 Bitcoins per TH/s at the current difficulty.
Then again, if difficulty were to go below 32,425,157,336 due to unprofitable miners coming offline then AMHash would continue to operate as the reward would be higher than the maintenance fee once again.
The only provision is that we have 10 days for the Bitcoin value to recover or the difficulty to drop sufficiently to bring us back into profitability. The problem with 10 days with respect to difficulty is the fact tat the difficulty retarget is 14 days (at least) and possibly longer when the difficulty is going to decrease. I would hope that if that were the case, AMHash would extend the grace period slightly beyond the 10 days but... they don't have to per the contract they laid out.
Anyone can make some fancy graph with random number generator, that doesn't proof anything. They are selling becuse AM is old, legit and trustworthy company. I belive them in 90% that they have that 5PH....
