AMhash3 is listed to end on 2015-01-10 11:00:00 so expect shares to be converted to amhash1 then.

Dividends will be paid after your order implies that holders should have got one today with purchases made before 12.00 havelock time.

That's all very confusing....
Last time it was converted not even a day after... and now your telling me, I bought shares to be delivered in 1 MONTH !!!!! ?!?!?!

Please clarifie the situation, because that doesnt make sense, in 1 month the whole mining world is gonna be different

Divs will be PAID daily to amhash3 holders. they are converted in 30days time into the amhash1 trading market.

who knows they may open up the amhash3 market for trading?

I'm sorry but if it's the case, I want my bitcoins back.... That is bad representation, and misinformtation.
You cannot say one thing here and another one there.

AmHash clearly stated : A: Each hashrate of AMHash3 will get dividends once you ordered it.

Shares are 'delivered' to you the same moment you buy them, and you start receiving dividends by next 12.00, havelock time. What's confusing you?

AMHAsh, can you please address this question:

Id still like to know how AMhash would handle hashie running off with customers money. Who owns the hashrate, hashie or its customers? If the latter, how can people know hashie forwarded you the btc and/or credentials so you can honor the contract even in absence of hashie?

Also, do you know for sure the identity of the person(s)  behind hashie? Are you vouching for them being a legitimate business, and if not, who's (braindead) idea was it to use them as reseller?

I rated AMhash top scores for credibility, but at the same time you are associated with and relying on a company that I had to give pretty much the same credibility rating as 3 ponzi's that have recently collapsed. If this doesnt get cleared up, Im going to have to take this in to account.

I'd have to agree with puppet on this. I criticised them for refusing to provide evidence of legitimacy and a couple of days later the deal was announced with AMHash. They still haven't provided any evidence of legitimacy to the community though.
yeah i know how you feel and especially the merger was kind of a shock when they merged i would say at least in my eyes

I'd love to know what constitutes "heavy load" from Havelock's perspective. 10 unique users? 100?

"AMHash cut down the maintenance fee from $1.633/TH/DAY to $1.551/TH/DAY."

Wow!

amhash: Is this true? Then why isn't your website updated accordingly? The prospectus on Havelock should be updated, too.

Yes, actually we just released $1.551 directly on official web:
http://amhash.com/pricing.htm

If i buy on december 10th at 11:00 am havelock time, will i get dividens for that day at 12 am?

We pay every order on time, there is announcement time and pay-out time. We released the calculation of dividends everyone can check it, we are transparent all the time.
Last dividend is higher than this time for the average BTC price was higher.
Ok thanks for the information and updates, i will be looking for the new amhash3 shares to come out i am sure other people on here are also waiting or already have some

Anyone interested in group buy ? I want to buy 50T, so we can together buy 120T for 5% bonus.
Anyone interested can PM me.

check out there:

Maybe someone organize a passthrough (groupbuy) on Havelock to get that 5% extra? Of course with some fee like 0,5%, it's daily job after all to transfer from one account to another.
Done. Alas, 0.5% won't be worth the hassle.
