Okay folks,  I have filled my complaints to various agencies:

https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1  - FTC

https://complaint.ic3.gov/  - FCC Internet Crime

http://www.bbb.org/ - Better Business Bureau

http://www.co.delaware.pa.us/consumeraffairs/complaint.pdf  - Delaware County Consumer Affairs

I recommend that if you are not satisfied with the way AMT is treating you as a customer, then you should also file your complaints.

Their responses to any of these complaints will be used if ever I need to go to small claims court.
i will keep them in mind thanx for the links i hope i dont need to go that far but as every day passes and its looking more and more like im going to have to Sad

i like the last sentence : "We want our clientele to know that AMT cares about it’s clientele and AMT is a brand that consumers can rely on and trust."  we can rely and trust we wont hear anything from them.

so how many people have had sucsess on order refunds? i payed with btc

Zero.

But you can use their statement against them when you go to court.

Appears that shipping has been delayed at least a month since their last published schedule.

Despite that, they have failed to provide an updated schedule.

If you can't receive a refund, AMT is still obligated to what they call a "miner protection plan"  http://advancedminers.com/miner-protection-plan/  that is published on their website.

I recreate it here for future reference:

Quote
We want our clientele to prosper.

AMT knows that the SHA-256 coin mining space is somewhat volatile and coin miners can be somewhat concerned with hardware purchases these days. That’s why we guarantee enough hashing power to meet ROI and then some, when mining SHA-256 coin. If the networks increases to a point where your investment in our technology is no longer profitable, AMT will upgrade your Miner to the next level Miner absolutely free. We want our clientele to succeed and prosper together with.

Miner protection is automatically applied to all purchases from AMT and is valid from the date 09/26/2013. Although in the future, we may add this as an additional paid option during the purchase process. Purchases prior to this update are covered under the Miner protection plan automatically.

How it works:

AMT will receive your order, if the networks hash rate increases to the point where your miner can no longer meet ROI we will upgrade your miner to the next level of AMT miners.

Example:

If you purchase an AMT Steadfast 80ghs and the network hash rate increases to the point where your mining cannot meet ROI from the suggested shipment date for a six month time period, while mining SHA-256 coin, we will ship you a AMT 220ghs absolutely free.

It’s that simple.

Although, there maybe some clientele who would like to mine other SHA-256 coin because other SHA-256 coins are actually more profitable than Bitcoin in the moment. Those clients can opt to receive their miner as planned. If the networks increases to the point where the buyer cannot meet ROI, we will allow the buyer to decide if he/she would like to participate in the AMT miner protection program prior to their miner being shipped. When the buyer’s miner is ready to be shipped, we will give that buyer the option of shipping the original miner which they purchased, or to upgrade to the next AMT miner which will allow them to meet ROI and more. Although, the buyer will have to wait until that unit/model/miner is available for shipment of course. We will contact each buyer either by telephone or email with this option at the time of shipment.

If the network increases so much that the next level miner also can’t meet ROI, the product upgrade will continue to the next AMT product which is profitable. Therefore, no matter what happens, our clientele will be left a ROI either way. Plain and simple. We want our clientele to know that AMT cares about it’s clientele and AMT is a brand that consumers can rely on and trust.

ROI is defined as “a return on investment”.

im still to have a reply from AMT as the last e.mail i recieved was on the 17th of feb from Jim stating my miner would ship within a week but guess what.... no miner no tracking number and no further e.mails or response to sent e.mails im not spamming them but i have sent approx 8 e.mails since the last correspondence one 2 mins after i received the one on 17th but it seems they just dont want to talk. id get better customer service from a brick wall, really frustrating.

Which e-mail address are you using?

im using the only ones i can find which is [email protected] and [email protected]

It should not be a customers problem to figure out what email address to get a response from.

agreed. i understand that they may be busy but 30 days with no response is not acceptable in any circumstance especially when thats the time as advertised for the miner to be shipped. we should not have to go chasing e.mails to find one we can get a response from

900 - 1000 March 10, 11, 12  Hmmm..... so my shipment should be confirmed by eod Wednesday.

If not, then small claims court.

Got a reply from Jim today. He says my order will be shipped the week of the 24th.

Which matches up with this shipping schedule. Now obviously since no one else here has reported getting one I don't assume I'll be the special one who does.

Who else paid for the better shipping. I'm starting to think those who didn't pay for the extra shipping will have their miners delivered by pack mule. It's the only thing that makes sense.

Now if I do manage to get one I'll be grateful and post it up here, but would kind of feel like a shit bag if I got mine before everyone else.

Maybe they've decided to do one fucking massive shipment that week to meet the March 31st ship date they have on their website.

Or maybe they are lying shit bags.

Fuck small claims court, I'll fly out there with my paid invoice in hand and the e-mail communicating that my miner will be shipping the week of the 24th. Then I'll locate AMT whether or not they are in the office, at the manufacturer's, or having a pool party at jim or alyssa's house. I'll bring a  cop with me and I'll hand collect my merchandise. Then I'll ask for my 160 shipping back and ship the thing myself.

My order is at #961,  Jim said the same thing yesterday.  Let me know when you go there,  I could meet you up with my own invoice too.

I'm looking to see what I would need to be accompanied by the police. I might need to call and file a complaint first. If nothing else I'll call the department and ask if they will escort someone for that.
