UID of both users are same as well. Both of these accounts are created one after another instantly. It seems they are talkling to each other and it's certainly a violation of forum rules I guess. These must be counted as spam. They are trying to increase the activity probably.

Probably it's a spam activity and the forum, I so believe should be aware over what's happening. Probably get one of the account ban for life or get both Account ban.

Up- I'm not sure why these users are still active? They should be banned until now, recently made new posts again off-topic, advertising the same company etc. reported again.

Report them as obvious bots, low value spamming, and insubstantial advertising. Include a link to this topic in your reports. They should be banned.
Mods know about the existance of these bots. I used to report them and they usually get nuked right away.

I don't know why other members are still not believing that they are bots and thinking they might be friends!

Nothing to say actually after seeing the post history for couple of pages. It's obvious spam, and I am 99.99% sure that there is a relation with each other, most provably alt or husband+wife  Grin where they just enjoy it before sleeping. Maybe they don't know the rank up system of this forum and trying in a useless way to rank up their account.

Again I am not sure whether they are paying for those posts or not because most of the posts of them are in out of any project ann thread.

UIDs can't be the same...

Seems, accounts are created pretty quickly on bitcointalk so 2 minute difference doesn't mean that these accounts are alts and were created "one after another instantly".

Btw I have noticed that users target some users and follow their posting history, for some time, one user was usually checking my profile and immediately posting in threads where I have posted.
I just wanted to point it out that these facts doesn't mean that user is alt of someone and further investigation is needed.

But these users seem to be an alt of each other. They post in the same topics, their posts are just 1-2 lines and another fact:

No, they are not trying to increase the activities it look like they are bumping the thread or hired by someone to bump the threads. Most of thier posts are in the altcoin discussion threads.

Also i don't understand the title of this thread. Amazing find , yes this is good finding but how is that guy great  Huh
In this case I cannot assume that both accounts are created by a single person. Probably the owner of the accounts are related to each other like a brother or both members of family with the same interest. This could be possible since it is hard to deal with having two accounts and qouting each other.

Well, I could also assume that you are correct bumping and promoting threads will most likely be an advertisement. Good thing OP had archieve both accounts  and mods will be able to keep them in watch.

They are definitely alts being farmed but it looks like the person behind the accounts doesn't know that one now requires merit to rank up.
I don't think so. It looks very much like they are just being used to shill this project/token.

I thought no one is paying for these bots anymore, since the day theymos introduced the changes on how bumping threads works on some boards!
All their posts are in Altcoin Discussion which is not subject to the changed rules regarding thread bumping.

Can they be related accounts?
I mean, there is no doubt about it. Just look at the post histories. They are both controlled by the same bot.

Anybody advice on what can be done in such a case?

I also checked their account and found here. Can they be related accounts?
Let's see these facts:
1. The accounts were created in a similar day, date, and also time (only different on few minutes only)
February 24, 2020, 05:07:27 PM and    February 24, 2020, 05:09:15 PM
2. Their last active records are also almost same (only different several minutes again)
Today at 05:46:09 PM and Today at 05:49:18 PM
3. Most of the posts by witbla were quotes from hwteeer and also vice versa.
If there is no relation, does it seem too strange? how can two accounts always have similar posts to quote and always quoted each other?
4. Their greetings are almost the same.
Yeah, I read some posts and they use quite a similar utterance like "Hey, hmm, good morning greetings and so on)
Let's say that other people also do the same, they do greetings. but, please see how they put the words and their utterance, they are almost the same.

well, I don't have any proof about who they are. But, I only ask here, do they have relation? Hopefully not, they only support each other.  Grin Grin

I posted in a thread, and later I got an email notification that someone else posted in that thread too when I opened this guy or these guys are discussing, I felt something is going on there as seeing their similar activity, when I opened their last post, they were involved in a similar trend in other threads too, where someone makes a comment first and then the other guy quotes the first one and make a reply and this goes on. I see their last 20 posts where they have followed a similar trend.

I've seen and reported many accounts/posts following the same pattern in the past.
They are paid bots used to shill scam projects by creating a fake conversation and spreading false information.
It's also a smart way to bump the thread without being detected by mods as the conversation looks organic.

I thought no one is paying for these bots anymore, since the day theymos introduced the changes on how bumping threads works on some boards!

I thought i was the only one who saw the behavior between the 2 accounts. I noticed it a couple of days ago when i was patrolling but I really didn't know what to do or what rule to apply when reporting them to mods.

They are definitely alts being farmed but it looks like the person behind the accounts doesn't know that one now requires merit to rank up. The posts between the two accounts occur within seconds to a minute when reply each other every time like a bot at work.
Anybody advice on what can be done in such a case?

The posts are spam, low value, off-topic, and are insubstantial advertising in other people's threads. The accounts should be nuked.
According to following post made by Halab, they cannot be nuked.

Global mods and mods can nuke a newbie, but this newbie has to have a low activity (25-35, I don't have the exact number in mind).

Each of those accounts has 98 activity.

The posts are all shilling something called "Centric Foundation"
Missed that while going through their history.
The project seems to have been started by this user - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/joincentric-2774780 the account has already been red tagged and has a flag created.
Also a scam accusations thread - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54492296

The bot quoting is probably an alternative way to shill their project as bumps really doesn't work for fake projects.

Read the posts and look at the timestamps. The posts are all shilling something called "Centric Foundation" and are made mere seconds apart. These are pre-written posts being posted by bots.

The posts are spam, low value, off-topic, and are insubstantial advertising in other people's threads. The accounts should be nuked.

I think owner of the both accounts is the same person. They created on the same date almost same time. Same activity and almost same post count. He is using both accounts to increase the post and activity of each other. And I think it's against the forum rules. And these are spam too.

Possible alt accounts as both were created on the same day, just a few minutes apart.
Posting from alt accounts would not be a problem if done honestly (without financial incentive), as they are allowed. But joining discussions as separate entities and quoting each other's replies could count as spam and multi-posting (in a row) if they indeed are the same person.
Hard to see what is to gain as they don't seem to be paid bumps and building activity doesn't have much gain if one can't earn merits
