I'm not against them but what I've seen is people start gambling for fun and start to think of it as their earning source, especially under the 20s.

With the restrictions being inevitable to protect the public against COVID transmission, this has brought about people seeking another avenue which is most likely illegal and unregulated. This being the case, the government has to somehow find a compromise to balance between restrictions and accessibility of gambling.
Again, the effect would most probably be towards the underage group attempting to gamble on an unregulated website/establishment which can potentially endanger their future.
