There is no crash at all. If the price rises or drops 10% a day, it is very normal for the bitcoin at this stage.
All this fear and we are almost back up to even... funny how everyone wants to invest for the volatility but get upset with ups and downs.

I see a good support around 350$ . So if break 385 next step will be 400$

I think it'll keep rising to $425 & stay around $4xx

And Now trade around 405-410 for next hours, then pump will move the pritce till 430-435 (i think tomorrow in the early morning GMT)
Hold till 390. Sell under.

That is wonderful news and i am also will do agree with you for this price is on stable floor above $400 and there is more good chance to next floor above $440 very soon.
After got recovered price is moving up again into right direction to the moon and it seems there will be major rise happen and it will cross $430 level as there is huge buy support at above $400 so hold it and wait for this rise.

Well is still a crash because bitcoin have reach at 1000 dollars at we still not there.

Yeah who didn't think it was going to eventually go back up to $400 and eventually above that. Bad news always causes a crash and then a rise back to where it was or close once everyone realizes it was all for nothing. 
Don't worry. There will be plenty opportunity to buy sub 400.
Fundamentals are still broken. Bitcoin doesn't scale and has become centralized.
Just have to convince two people running mining pools and you can change anything you want. I don't think it's hard to pressure people into doing that.

I hope we will see going up again in the 450 dollar again.
I think in March we will see 500 if not I hoping it will go that way before the halving.
Seems to be stabilizing at 410 probably 400-420$ in the next few days until the next pump/dump, I think it will slowly rise to where we were before the crash. I mean after all the dump was pretty stupid so I see great potential to rise up again.

OP headline is correct. fiat is indeed crashing further.
bitcoin is sucking fiat money power, everytime we face an increase(an average increase with a new minimum)
i would not be suprised if one day when we hav e a T market cap, fiat is collapsed already or very undervalued
