staking is getting so much harder now with smaller amounts you need to have higher and higher stake weights lol soon 100 coins will take days to stake this is awesome

This coin has nothing new, Not used for anything than trading on exchanges. Last man out is a bagholder. If you already know this and still trading then good for you but there is always somebody that use money that they cant afford to loose.
we all know what we think it should do in time. but this is cryptoland
and you can never know what to expect. I've never seen a coin that offers such incentive to hold. I'm expecting it to be a fun and overly volatile market... still brand new so still hard to tell where it base will be .way up wouldn't surprise me lol maybe up down then up again... then down then... etceven worse could be said about so many popular coins with the super massive payouts in the first blocks with minimal people mining/sharing, then by the time most of us have heard about it the blocks are paying a fraction but to many more people mining/sharing, so about as unfair as you can get.
I believe 10k was 1 coin per block and 0.0 stake for the first so many blocks... now everyone continues to get the same pos return, so you can't get much more fair than that. most of us first buyers bought in at 80k+ and we're still have'n fun with it

Under normal arms length conditions no, but if the sellers don't sell and new buyers come in all the time then yes.

Many inovators that have created cutting edge ideas and thinking way outside the box initially are usually not liked and misunderstood. Your coins are brilliant, and WAY ahead of their time. The good news is people in the near future will look back and realize that you are an inovator and push the envelope and when they finally DO understand youll finally get the respect you deserve, and be remembered as the first to push the crypto-envelope farther than anyone else dared to.

I think everyone is forgetting this coin is less than 2 weeks old. Give me a few days, damn lol
Today most of people cannot just sit down and wait, glad that Im not that kind of person. I think the community will see the rising of price if not this weekend, then on monday, something will happen
Still stake, sells none.

When do i have to send to myself again . 16 days? or when i don't get no stakes anymore. do they get smaller gradually or is it instant and i know when to resend them to me?

Basically what do i have to do and when for optimal stake performance?

You just need to send all of your coins from your exchange to your 10k wallet, wait for it to confirm, get matured after 1 hour, and it will start staking, and you will start getting stakes based on your stake weight (and the network weight not to forget), it will show you remaining time for your stake reward based on the amount of coins you possess in your wallet...
P.S.: It may increase or will remain same based on the increasing network weight, but still you will get the promised 27-30%ish daily...
When you get 0.00 stake. It´s time to move your coins. (you wallet - bittrex - and back to your wallet)

I have found that I like to move/spend them once every 1-2 days. Seems like if I wait for more than a couple of days the number of shards becomes large and seems like you get paid less because not as many coins get to compound as often. where as if the shards remain large the stake seems to have more weight and seems like it's able to keep up better... I have two wallets that I send them back and for from but was thinking last time that maybe I just need to send them to new address in same wallet.
anyway that's my 2 cents
When I do spend them I usually like to do it in two transactions. First devide my total by third and then for first spend I send 2/3's of them to new address and then follow up with second within the hour or so.

Don't let the hate get to you. 10K was a fresh breeze. Don't be afraid to implement drastic ideas. Drastic ideas create uncertainty and uncertainty creates volatility and volatility creates opportunity and opportunity creates profit. Drastic ideas sometimes have unpredictable outcomes that lead to innovation, creativity and learning and is what drives progression in society.
