AHAHAHAHA just realized that!
Maybe they don't want to attract small investors, they can buy on exchanges when this gets listed on ccex or bittrex. It could be their strategy...a serious coin sells ico shares to serious investors.. then uses the money to get listed and develop features.. then small fishes can buy, normally at an higher price.. but if they sell too many to too many people.. they can panic or just dump on start..

In the past i have received complains about the ICO terms, so i want to remember everybody that i don't choose terms, and i can't edit them after the ico starts, i can only accept or reject an escrow request, and the only thing where i can negotiate is the ICO escrow fee. With this in mind, i think that it's clear enough that you must read carefully the arrangement before investing.

I have also 8bitcoin but this is much better op and is based on games(what is missing on 8bit).
16 bit is much better if they delivered a wallet with incorporated games. And they have a non-popular algo.
