Good afternoon. If I set the possibility of paying in PYN in my store, how will the additional value tax be paid?

You have to convert your PYNs first to fiat within the app before you can buy to a store, you may also use the debit cards.

We still can’t understand each other. Let's say I put some of my crypto-currency savings in reserve, you'll use them to get profit, than you’ll pay me a percentage from the profit. Is this option possible?

Sorry for the confusion, yes that is possible as a PYN holder. Please read on Rewards section of the whitepaper for more details: https://paycent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/PYN-Whitepaper.pdf?v=7.6
