The use of funds depends heavily on the amount of capital collected. the majority will be invested in the development. This means programming the individual components and implementing the development stages described in the white paper.
On the one hand, we have the developer agency patworx multi media and my brother in our team.
On the other hand, we are in serious talks with various developer agencies in Germany (Hamburg, Munich, Berlin) that could implement partial projects or the entire project with us.
The project plan as well as process descriptions are done by me personally. This job is also my professional focus.
A second major position involves the hiring of employees. Here, the prerequisite must be fulfilled that we can employ them for at least 3-5 years. The focus here is on customer service and developers.
Personally, I tend to work with development agencies and have a small team of my own. Above all, this has liability reasons for possible errors and this approach can be scaled up faster, as more know-how can be obtained quickly if needed.
In addition, no unhealthy cost structure is established.
In a minimal scenario, we implement the project with the existing team. The tokens for the team members are already considered as countervalue that is also the reason for our low softcap.
Independently a decent amount will go to marketing if our ICO does not build a stable community to benefit from a network effect.
