Is pool going to be live at launch or slightly after?
as soon as the source is up; dev said it would be done automatically...i need about 5 mintues to make the files work on the server once i have it.
Dev takes 5 minutes give or take to upload the source; so in 10-15m after launch, the pool is up. which is good to avoid forks and problems...

Pre-reg signups are going nice. Set your workers up and add them to your CGminer config file! Once the stratum is up; they will start hashing automatically on this coin!
