Yes, and the answer is $ 0.42525 (ie nearly 43c) if you found the whole block.

Which is the price in USD of one BTC times the price of one whole 42 coin in BTC times the portion of one block that you received a share of

eg you received 0.00000123 out of the 0.00004200 (yeh yeh redundant zero's) so using the above values

450 * 22.5 * 0.00000123 = 0.01245375 Dollars ie nearly 12 and a half cents in US dollars.

Hi.

I've been solo mining 42.

In the wallet it says I have 35 transactions, but in the transactions list there are actually only 32.
The wallet doesn't sync.

I see that others have had problems, too. Does anyone know if there's a solution in sight, or what I have to do to get those 3 missing payments?

I'm not sure what you mean by this, but I still stand by my assumption that a fork still empowers the previous devs, assuming of course they still hold any 42.

lol, my client detected 2 old wrong forks which desappeared few weeks ago! It doesn't matter if u got the proper chain and client but interesting that somebody play with our balls by trying make an impression - all is bad and don't regret the hash power for it

Exactly. The more I think on it the more I think this coin should be left to disintegrate. I would not be interested in supporting a coin with such a negative beginning. An outright rebrand and rerelease would need to be done to cut all ties with the original devs.

Many people (including pools) didn't know about the mandatory client upgrade, so the network forked for a while. It seems relatively stable now.

Cynical? This is borne out by the fact that I had no reply from them for a legitimate venture using 42 as payment. Also, a significant premine- much of which I do not believe was used for bounties. Any serious dev would not leave this focal point of the coin with no updates.

This process of staying quiet, buying and then coming out and pumping would destroy the credibility of the coin... even further. They are long gone, done and dusted.

Also, with their premine, why would they waste BTC on buying? Unless they are using previous 'profits'.

If the devs *do* come back for more pump and dump chicanery. I expect to be banned from the thread if I sew too much dissention.
