Latest Updates (answers for the general questions): Why my Old Affiliate is still not transferred?We have the remaining 1362 accounts that are still not transferred due to the problems of different emails between the Main Account and the Old Affiliate Account. So in order the system able to be linked the earnings transfer to the Main Account, please check your email in the Old Affiliate again, and edit them if they are different with the email in that you used in your Main Account.
When the New Affiliate will start transferring to our Main Account? As soon as we done the Old Affiliate and after our Developer finishes the integration with the new systems.
Why my failed transfer on early March still not refunded? Please wait. To clean up the remaining issues, we're preparing to email all those users that participated in the first round of the token distribution event. We will give them a form to submit a detailed dispute if their original order did not complete, or if they were not properly credited.
Why my New Affiliate is suddenly missing some earnings?Don't worry, your earnings are safe. That balance that you got from the last 30 days is now moving to the database and ready to transfer to your Main Account. And the one that showing now in your dashboard balance is the earning after your 30 days. You can check your correct earnings from the "Payouts to me" under the "Reports" option.
Why my transfer stuck in "Pending" status? Now you can "Resend" or "Cancel" the transaction.
Why the transfer stuck in "Processing" status but never arrived in my Wallet? Don't worry, your Tokens are safe!! Currently we have around 200 transactions with that issue. Please be patience, cuz we have to push those pending transfer manually.
Is the system upgrade completed? Can we transfer now? The system is working fine now for the Token Transfer. We've fixed the email problems and we've put some more options on the process. So If you're not experiencing the issue of having your last transfers stuck in "Processing" status, then it's OK now for you to transfer. But if you're still having the issue, please wait until your status is DONE. And please, keep following the right steps to transfer, to avoid you any trouble in the process.
