I am sure the SEC will make life very difficult for the Adab Haraam exchange scammers if they ever manage to make a live exchange. Maybe they will run off with the funds like countless others did after ICOs, time will tell.
As for your comment about "if" the projecy turns out to be a scam, I would like clarify my view. The Adab Haraam scammers claim to be Shariah compliant but they cannot be because by their own admission they are willing to accept ICO funding from the following and more therefore they are liars. ADAB needs to attract the attention of famous people or companies in the Islamic world. For Muslims, this will be a very good signal. It will not be very good if cryptocurrencies are not accepted by Muslims. There are many rich people there.
