when i read the quote from adelphoi team, the answer of your questions is yes,
there will no contribution if you contribute less than 1 BTC

That is not corect. All contributions get their bonus, even below 1 BTC. The quote means that only participants who have more than 1 BTC (in total in their wallet) will carry the bonus to the end of the ICO. For example if contributions during the current 10% bonus stage exceed 1 BTC then this 10% bonus is applieď for all future contributions till may 31st.

My personal interaction with 2 of Adel's founders was very pleasant, I believe a good summary for this project would be "consensus based start-up incubator". This is actually a noble ambition. In theory what this could become, for teams and companies in the future, is a company within Blockchain to seek out for Angel funding and backing.

I sent one of my team's most experienced developers to help with certain aspects of this project, the general feedback was this was a professional team and has solid intentions.
