All pools have the same problems with payments. I suspect that this is a hidden premin.

Hidden fail to - very simple. Daemon sends a coin to hidden address. Where it happened because those coins - that we had not paid. Because all pools have a problem with payments.

But I got wallet less than 150 coins
in pool http://minin.gs/acn written was yesterday

Almost daily miner (7.5kh) worked at this pool - not added a single coin! only paid Pending coins.
Balance at the pool and has not changed

And this despite the fact that my farm had to earn 3000 coins for 2 days, but it turned out only 500 with the scandal.

i can vouch for minin.gs not paying out. i have almost 300 acn still pending to be payed.

also there is now a minimum payment threshold to help with dust, so if you are used to many extremely small payments that won't happen anymore.
if you are having an issue getting paid from my pool pm me directly with your address.
