Please test accessing your tokens and if you experience any issues, fill-in this form.
Everyone should have received their AE tokens, including bounty participants.

Everyone,
I see some complains that after using the BTC tool, people do not see their balance. This could have been caused by the contract not being fully executed when you checked.
I am sharing the guide again, so you don't miss it.
Also, very important, tokens will become transferable sometime in the next few hours. Exchanges will follow soon as well.

Checked around 8 hours ago, checked again just now. Still nothing showing up.
Guess I'll wait another 12 hours or so and check again.
Just checked after 12 hours, nothing showing up still.
Followed the guide using my btc private key and btc address that was used in the ICO for reference.
Just wondering if anyone that used BTC managed to see their tokens.

Did anyone who contributed using Bitcoin through an Electrum wallet manage to get their AE/Ethereum keys using the official tool?
I've tried but the tool doesn't recognize Electrum's 13-words mnemonic phrase (btw, I am already in touch with the support team and so far they have been very kind trying to understand the issue, just looking for someone who actually managed to do it)

The form on the page doesn't display anything.

This token is on top of SEC watch list. Why should any US based exchange taking the risk and list it?
You wash floors there and heard something in toilet?

I followed the steps for investors in BTC, I managed to see my tokens but how do I transfer them to another ether address. because they are not an ether for gas
If you have a little amount around 0.01 ETH into your wallet than you can transfer the tokens by tomorrow at the moment these are into locked status maybe this is the reason you are facing problem to move them from one to another wallet.

Tokens are not distributed to bounty hunters yet, if you are a bounty hunter then wait for their next announcement and if you are invested in ico then contact vlad.
I think they have distributed the token each and every one who purchased in ICO and people participated in bounties.
Vlad updated in many messages that they are going to distribute the tokens to all the members that are many usages of Mainnet.

Could anybody help me with the issue regarding AE tokens?I contributed through Trezor and now I'm not able to see my tokens inside MEW.
Steps which I did:
1)I launched converter from BTC to ETH then put into the first tool box 24 words and address contributed from into the second tool box.
2)I used new ETH private key to enter inside MEW.
3)Then I indicated address: 0x5CA9a71B1d01849C0a95490Cc00559717fCF0D1d for mainnet, Symbol: AE, decimals: 18.Unfortunately, I can see 0 AE.
Explain please what should I do to receive AE?

MEW doesn't recognise the 12-words Mnemonic Phrase that i saved from aeternity wallet ..please get yourself together and please fix these problems ...I have waited too long for this project and this is what i get 
Hmm. the words know only you. private words . no one else is allowed to see ! top secret the words .
you must have a wrong letter in the word.

I finally got my Aeternity Stake at my Ethereum address today. Or at least I think it is Aeternity. If I look up my Eth address on Etherscan and go to the tab token, then I see instead of a name for the token only "ERC20 token". All other tokens I own are represented under their respective names. My question is now, is it really Aeternity token and if so why is not the actual token label displayed? I just want to make sure that it is Aeternity.

than create a new token (custom Token )

I sent BTC from Jaxx to the ICO.
Can anyone explain why Aeternity needs me to supply my BTC *private* key? It seems like a major security issue to me and just seems ... odd.
How do I know it is safe to hand this over to the tool?
I could previously see my future AE tokens at: https://wallet.aeternity.com/ but now that just redirects.

On HitBTC all this time a Pre launch token was tradeable. Will they exchange them to real AE tokens?
In Blockfolio AE can be added, but I guess it is the pre launch token.
