Before that, have a look at the concept of the Identity Manager æpp, an essential part of the æternity applications ecosystem.
Also, please remember that we are primarily building a public blockchain, not simply a token.

Where can I buy ae tokens?
As for now the ae tokens not yet launced and dont have a exchange yet but you can buy ae tokens from some investors or some bounty participants here if they like 
Distribution is not done yet. Of course you will be able to buy from investors as well as from bounty participants once they will have AE tokens by the end of this month. I think you will need to use OTC to buy AE as they will be at some exchanges as well.

We already said that we are going to distribute in August, which is this month. We are currently setting everything up in order to be able to do it. The website is not hacked, it has been DDoSed. Many projects from the blockchain sphere experience DDoS attacks. It is not unusual. We have decided that to change the host and we are currently migrating the main site and the wallet website.

When token, when bittrex? lol But on a serious note what is the hold up? Kinda forgot about them and came back a few months later and still no tokens. Saw something about distribution in August, well I guess we have two more weeks until the end of august, hopefully tokens get distributed.
It Seems like token distribution is so big problem for team so I'm not sure that this will ever happen and the development of competitor of the ethereum can take all life.

Now the www.aeternity.com DNS does not resolve. What happened to the aeternity team? And what the progress about this issue? Are there any announcements about that?

That is latest update from dev they are still on work to resolving this issue but still having same problem no doubt that is really panic situation for all investors but I hope the team will make this smoother like before.

I think the update is enough to the people those who are not happy with the way aternity is delaying but we have to believe them because we don't have any other choice. I think with in next two weeks they are going to distribute all the tokens to people who invested and to the people who participated in bounties.
Yeah, It'll be very catastrophic If they still fail to release the tokens in August like they're announcing across their community channels. We've been patient enough so I'm very hopeful about getting my AE tokens. However, If they still fail to distribute in August, I'd start setting my sight on getting them when the mainnet launches. Above all, I do hope AE is worth the time and Money. Really big potential here If they fully deliver the product.

So by the end of the month we should have our tokens in our wallet, I believe the team is sitting on huge pile of funds now since the price of Ethers after their ICO has gone up significantly
