This opinion is close to me. Very little communication, and understanding about what is really happening
"I dont know who makes me more angry: the team of this project, that is almost non-existant, lacks basic comunication regarding the 8000+ people who financed the existence of this idea and show sporadically to say nothing, or the patient Aeternity believers, who show up here asking for more delay and try to appear as experienced people. For these kind of people, Aeternity will surpass Ethereum and Bitcoin in one year, they are completelly dellusional on their predictions, so theres not much to argue with these crypto-jihadis. These radical believers try to defend with all their disgusting arrogance something that isnt right!!! Period! I wish so much to be wrong about this, Im trully wish to regret what Im saying, but people, please! This delay, without proper feedback, is not acceptable by any means!!! If more people of the AE comunity react, complain, maybe they will work harder on getting things done!!! Even the angrier complainers, in the end, want that this project to be very sucessfull. Now I see Marion, with all due respect, talking about hiring processes, building a solid team...Jesus Christ!!!! You guys waited to get 24 million dollars to start building a team? Dont you should have done this before?
The coding of token allocation is not another thing! The token allocation is the PRIORITY guys! You sent us deadlines. I really can understand that deadlines sometimes cannot be met. I worked on several programming projects. Things like this happen all the time. But that fact is not a safe-conduct to work isolated from the comunity! Wheres Yanislav? The man disappeared! Zack, who Im sure is the most overloaded from the team right now, is the only one who show up randomly in the comunity to say something. We want more engajement from the team to tell us whats happening. If you disappear, not saying whats making this delay so long, people start to panick and thats terrrible for the project. Im one of the most boring members overhere, but deep inside me I want to trust the team and I REALLY want this project to be a success. So, please, take my critics not as an insult, but an opportunity for the team to change some behaviours. By the way, Marion, thank you for showing up here."
