If you read the terms and conditions than you have no option to get refund after invest into this project. Now you have to wait till it will get listed on any exchange for trade.

My English is bad, but i'll try to explain. I generated wallet on your site yesterday and I wrote down the seed. When I entered my mnemonic phrase today first time - I immediately came to the contribution page in your site., but account adress was not mine (i dont know why) - It was not 0x5a1d011610b5582a1f51b0afdfb8c94204c96aa1 (wich was showed me when I generated new wallet on you site) - it was 0x00dD6af47AcCAeBc0f70535c306960e1a7a4bBE6 - and i send ETH there. When I entered the mnemonic phrases first time I came to the contribution page immediately (with second account address 0x00dD....bBE6 ). Then I send ETH there. And then I need to enter mnemonic phrases again. I enter it. And then I see "Your single HD mnemonic phrase can access a number of wallets / addresses. Please select the address you would like to interact with at this time.” - and there is no account address that was shown to me in your contribution page. But there is the first adress that was generated at first time (0x5a...96aa1) - I can open it, but there is no my ETH there - it is on another adress (0x00d....bBE6) On myEtherWallet i see the same picture. No need to stress. This is browser cache issue.
Try to complete your contribution through MyEtherWallet.
Go to wallet.aeternity.com and follow the contribution process: 1. Select ETH, 2. Use “own wallet”, 3. Accept terms, 4. Copy the ETH address displayed. Then go to MyEtherWallet and use your 12 word seed to open your wallet and initiate a transaction to the ETH address displayed there.

If you are certain that the first address was generated by the 12 word phrase you wrote down, then that address is in there. It is all about the derivation path and here there are two options. It is either:
m/44'/0'/0'/0/0 (Live version)
OR
m/44'/0'/0'/0/0' (Cached version)
The difference is very small, but produces totally different addresses.
Please try to find the address that you sent your ETH to by testing both derivation paths. Try doing that in MEW.
Tell me what happens.

I'm absolutely sure that the first address was generated by the 12 word phrase I wrote down. I've just tried to set both of this path in the "custom path". I tried to do it on your site and on MyEtherWallet too. Everywhere i skipped about ten pages of "more addresses". And there is no mine. May be any other path? For example in the beginning I see custom path like m/44'/60'/1'/0. Address 0x5a...96aa1 (wich was shown me when I generated new wallet on you site - in the generating page but not in the contribution page) is generating by m/44'/60'/0'/0 (Jaxx, Metamask etc). Can the path depend on VPN maybe? Cuz I have Browsec app for GoogleChrome. I don't know. When I got on the contribution page at first time, that was no need to enter the path at all! I came to contribution page immediately after I unlocked wallet with the seed. I can even tell u that seed personally, just find my money!

I have got the same question, is that one will have to use the private key to claim the AE tokens?
After phase 2 of the ICO ends coins will be distributed by the use of an ethereum contract (temporarily) until the main net is launched. A swap from the ethereum based token to AE coins will occur when the mainnet is launched.
I think it'll just be an ETH token for transferring, exchanging until the main net is launched so we won't have to wait till the main net to trade.
I contributed in BTC and there was no place to enter the ETHER address to received tokens,

This isn't fud. I'm just another investor who contributed with ETH but consider it unfair as BTC contributors gets Over 80% more tokens.
This is absolutely outrageous and must be fixed if there's to be fair distribution - how is it that your exchange rates could have been this messed up?
Those of us who contributed in ETH early enough for this exchange rate issue with your website not to have become apparent need to be made whole.

I like the incubation foundation part on the website - it should cost a hell lot. It's not August 2014 today. Everything is faster and bigger

if this was a bug, so why still not fixed. You had 2 months to prepare for Phase 2.
You acting like scammers, you know that people will see this rate and will invest, so many investors here still didnt understand that they will got lower amount of AE.
Now I not sure that you team have programmers skills, so i prefer get refund if you cannot guarantee your obligations

So This BTC/AE rate is still not fixed? I got a message from one of æternity team members that this has been fixed yet the bug/issue still exists? This is Complete BS. For me, I think the issue is caused by the fact that this is an ETH powered ICO & The price per AE was defined for ETH contributors (ie 750 AE = 1 ETH) But for BTC there's no defined rate whatsoever. When ever I bring this up in telegram, The team members keep telling me about BTC/ETH/AE rate is gotten from CryptoCompare Api every 15 minutes. But It's total crap since It seems the team doesn't have even the slightest clue about this, or how to go about mitigating it.

We did not really expect such a big success when we were setting up the plan for the contribution campaign.
However, we are of the opinion that we must follow the plan and not change anything initially communicated, for ex. the length of Phase 2(the conditions leading to its completion).
There are many people who have taken or are about to take a decision regarding participating and we do not want to confuse them and/or look like we are not following up on our promises.
We kept the ETH/AE rate unchanged for exactly that reason.
