I don't think so, everyone who has the minimum amount of 0.01 ETH in his wallet can take part and will receive next airdrop. Holders of the 1st airdrop will get rewarded additionally. That's what I understood.

As many of you already know, some days ago we decided to add a new rule for the second airdrop that will be issued on November 18th. It is now time to explain some details.
How about you do the reward based on percentage of tokens owned like POS?
This is something we have actually discussed internally. And yes, we will probably switch to a different kind of airdrop starting from the next one, based on tokens owned.
