So my Brett is sitting on their site, I'm unable to withdraw it. I passed kyc. Has anyone been able to withdraw, I emailed support over two days ago, no response. Anyone?

https://etherscan.io/token/0xac7504c2378adc310749b4adb0e9716f100f90c7#balances is the BRETT Contract. says 1 holder, but on the website, it says basically to wait 10min to 2 hrs for your tokens. I'm just a little confused, as the link I pasted seems to only have 1 holder?
I shot em a small amount eth from my wallet, a little bit over the minimum for 150 brett. hasn't popped up yet. that was 15 min ago. I've added it on meta.

I am happy to see Eiracube is the first ever robotics retail solution to be delivered for the modern retail industry. and it is great feeling to be part of it and this project will be successful.
