What are your plans for pre-mine? 17% is quite high, but maybe you have a good plan? You will hurt yourself in long term if dev reward is too high, because coin will never take off and there will be no reward.
During work the plan the ultimate goal of the project will be added and is defined.So no plan at the moment? Are you going to dump it or make a plan up as you go? I just don't want to invest in another pump and dump coin.
