This IEO is your second token sale? Because on your introduction post you state that first token sale will happen on 15-25 instead of the very end of Dec. Or is it  a simple case of reschedule?

Thank you for your advice.
Will do it.
We need several licenses from different countries.

As I guessed. The Estonian licences for crypto/online banking are much like the Curacao licences for gambling. Legally it's okay, but nobody trusts them for real Smiley

Look luck with the UK licence. It's much more trustworthy and appreciated.

The hard cap on the resale is 400 eth. It is about 220k usd.
We already prepaid all documents fro the crypto license in Estonia. We just need about 30-35k usd to get it.
That is how we calculated 15% of the raised funds.

You allocate 15% of the first round for "cryptocurrency license" what kind of license is this? I just learned today that crypto meeds a license, let alone any entity that has authority to issue such issue.

They need a licence if they want to carry any fiat operations.

I'm curious too from which juristiction do you plan to get it? And how did you calculate the exact 15% cost?

Will you burn the unsold tokens or what will happen to them?
Have you been following Mothership? (That's also an Estonian exchange) And if you have: What makes you a success in comparison to Mothership?

Yes. You are right.
We will work as cryptoexchage, Forex platform like eToro with social trading and etc.

It seems that your launch of Exchange exchange will render the service for both the fiat and crypto trader but if it is new in this field then how it will be accepted by various investors and the trader as there are many already in this field. Many traders are now preferring the low cost or no cost deposit and withdrawal for the benefit of their trading experience. If you are going to launch your Debit card also, how someone bears the cost inherent to this kind of transaction.

Thank you for your advices and feedbacks.
Will fix soon all the problems.

Ahh, the estonian license, that explains it. The license was not actually a crypto-permit, per se, it was more to establishing a crypto-based business entity and the activities around it (trading, fiat exchange etc.), so it's more to a company license.

Well, not any that would contribute further to your business credibility. I think the path you took is already better than most crypto nowadays (the questionable ones, I mean) because license will boost confidence on project's legitimacy.

If I may suggest something... put these info (business license number, etc.) on the footer of your site (that's where most people will look) or on the "about us" page.

And oh, the said page itself is rather "buggy". "Business contact" page is still in Cyrillic, the page about "bug bounty" has coding errors (i am not sure if it's coding or what, I'm talking about the colons "{}")

Thank you for your questions.
1. We already launched B book trading model on Exchase.io Now debugging B book trading model. We already spent more than 3 years for the platforms developing, and will launch it.
2. In Jan 2021 we will have crypto license from Estonia and will apply for the 2nd license in UK. Already filled all forms and passed all documents for it.
3.For today we have just test traders.
4.You can meet Exchase team on the web: token.exchase.top

does it mean that no matter how much the funds you will collect with the token sale, you will launch your exchange this month? and as you also mentioned, you will obtain your license next year. in what jurisdiction are you getting this license from?
btw, why are there trades history already? are those actual trades or just test trades?
and are you going to publish the team behind this project?
