This is not me even though it appears they attempted to subtly imply it might be me to the extent that multiple people contacted me, if this message is deleted we have strong evidence this is a scam.
I will post all EOS info on Steem (https://steemit.com/@dantheman) where edit history minimizes this kind of potential abuse.
We will not be doing a secret steem-like launch of EOS.

My humble suggestion is if you have filled all 100 witness spots with private donations, you can just announce it "Witness Spots are filled in private", then move on to the next step. This can skip many troll posts automatically which will help to maintain your thread clean. If you have filled all witness spots, then you already have a good funding of 500 btc for development. That's Impressive and Great. I wish to see your work soon.
I dont believe him. What kind of investor with drop 5btc on this ? There si ply is not enough to warrent spending thst sort of money in this project. If it had more info then sure maybe but currently as it stands its not enough. There so many coins out there Devs need to go the extra. Ile and put in the extra hours. I'm not saying I know this Dev but let's see. I would love this Dev to prove me wrong it would be nice to have a trusted Dev for a change.
Another question is if we send BTC, do we submit proof of it immediately? Nowhere in the instructions does it mention how to associate the BTC donation to our accounts, so it is not clear how we will be notified that our donation qualified for a witness slot.
