Definitely Hashhot. They really need to be blacklisted as a pool.

I don't think they were the only one. Someone else was mining blocks from 250 until 433 (bigger reward blocks)

This is very bad. Neither code nor wallets should be released Before launch to anyone. We had problems getting the downloads and were, unfortunately slow at start, but we are up and running and we have never, ever, started a pool or mining before launch (even on those occassions when we have had access to the code).
