is there a good list of nodes to synchronize the wallet? i am having problems to do so at the moment.

I didn't got an answer to my post so what do you think? anyway i will quote myself for reference

Somebody knows if the coin is still active? I noticed that there is some movement on BTC38 but i can't sync the wallet... somebody have a conf file that works?

If somebody decides to give it all of sudden i would be surprised

an apple coin ? just what we needed , where do i put my money

Please actually read a topic (and do some research) before you make such replies. Applecoin has been long around here; and it was booming!

However, this is something like a new coin; Applecoin V2 which is POS.  It is different than the orginal, which you could mine in the earlier days. In the very beginning it was easy to mine, but suddently it became véry popular in China (and that's why it gained much value).  However, trading platforms dissapeared, miners left the coin, and it looks like the (orginal) coin isn't really alive anymore - which is sad.

I don't think you can trade them 1:1. But you really missed an opportunity to sell those 80.000 old Applecoins for great money! Months ago those Applecoins were definately worth a lot.

Currently, they don't have much value.. I'm not into the new Applecoin.

I am in this for the long term, not quick profits. But how could I know that the coin is going to be "cancelled"?! When they were still worth a lot, I contacted a guy with a website where you could exchange, among a lot of others, Applecoin for precious metals. He never answered. That would have been my chance.

Excuse me for the late response. I think you could only know that this was going to happen if you were (very) active on these forums.

I'm not really up-to-date anymore (regarding all cryptocoins), but I have not see any great changes for this coin's value yet;

I believe the old ones are thus still active; I still own them too. They have not 'vanished' or something.  Just HODL them and hope someday the old coin becomes active. Although this is unlikely I guess, it is not impossible.

The Original Applecoin made me some nice money, but I also lost much due to a Chinese trading platform going offline (together with my Applecoins) and I still own some of them now (in the old, Original wallet).

can i use the old APC??? or is a other blockchain?

change my old APC 1:1??

Sorry, change time has passed but you can contact btc38.com.Good Luck!

What a scam....     Here is the new wallet and all your coins are gone.

Good Work dumbass, way to degrade the reputation of crypto.

This coin is not applecoin if one cannot use an old wallet in the new and have it work, basic fucking logic.

LOL sorry the time to trade your coins in has passed, really?   When will the next wallet come out and the time to trade your coins in passes again?

Anyone who invests in this dev team is out of their mind.

So the original Applecoin has been pulled from BTC38 and has been replaced with this crap.  I wonder how many people converted their old APC to this new crap and what the coin cap is for the original APC?

Furthermore when the coins were traded in who got the original APC?  BTC38?  Were they burned?

If it quacks like a duck..........

Well, I just found out and still have 80'000 of the "old" Applecoin, now only worth like 52 Bucks...Were the old Applecoins exchanged 1:1 for the new Applecoin?

Is this a relaunch? Or a second life for Applecoin? I really hope that you can bring it back to life, as I still got some Applecoins. Unfortunately a Chinese exchange went offline with most of my Applecoins.. I think the owner of that website is still on a great holiday paid by mine and other users' Applecoins.

old applecoin you can sell at here :http://beedui.com/index.php?ex=applecoin_cny

new applecoin you can buy at here:http://www.btc38.com/trade.html?btc38_trade_coin_name=apc

old and new applecoin are different.  not the same sourse code.

Their change on btc38.com has been completed before 2014.7.20.

the old news:http://www.btc38.com/altcoin/apc/2270.html

http://www.btc38.com/altcoin/apc/2479.html

http://www.btc38.com/general/2721.html

we are all old applecoin's investors from China .but the dev from Australia leaved us. so we throw away the old applecoin and the shit dev.
