The code base is an improved version of our developer’s blockchain; therefore, it does not start at 1.0. These are just numbers to identify a version, not an indication of any previous bugs. Here are some instances of where this has occurred in established and reputable cryptocurrencies. For example, if you download Litecoin from https://litecoin.org/de/ you will find that 7 out of 66 anti-virus software detect issues.
