b) What technical details do you require? I can explain everything you need to know if you wish to come to our slack? The whitepaper is currently being re-written.
c) I cant really stop people making comments, our project however will be escrowed by three trusted community escrows using multi-signature. Our escrow agreement will be released shortly.
d) That is your thought, but you are incorrect. I, Richard Aldridge, for example am not a student and haven't been for the past 15 years.

Thanks for your post.
When I say we have been in the process of creation I do mean theoretical ideas and problem solving. Development has yet to start and when it does Ascendancy will be open source for all to see the code. The main reason we are hiring extra developers is to increase productivity and deliver a product much sooner. Development will be starting this week in either case.
ya, so its like i said. you want community money and are hiring the community to make your idea/dreams come true. It's cool man, just not for me, tired of investing in projects that have nothing but ideas ;p
i have joined the slack tho, will be watching, and i wish you success! these things just tend to turn to smoke so i wont be INVESTING heehee, (might snag some bounty coins once launched tho for cheap on exchange)

SparkIt is our project manager, He is still working for Ascendancy. jamalaezaz was marketing. There has just been some differences in the team about how we should run the marketing for Ascendancy. Nothing major but we thought it best to part ways with jamalaezaz.
Any queries can go to us or SparkIt. There will be no noticable difference, But I wanted to inform public that jamalaezaz no longer works on the Ascendancy Project,
Is the marketing job or project manager job get fixed pay or % of ico fund?
The project manager job is not open - SparkIt is and will be our project manager throughout the project.
The marketing role has been spread across the team and we will not as yet be hiring for this position.
