this is more than 10% of the total votes for UTC - and it was pretty damn simple.
one more vote if one of my kind helpers finds her deleted confirmation email from coinpayments
PLEASE VOTE - and get some friends, family, dog, cat - hell anything............ to vote. Not may days left - UTC has to win.
Its IMPORTANT for UTC to gain this credability - and you will be rewarded many times over with price rise.

Thanks to the devs - your work IS APPRECIATED
This is the type of dedication that is inspiring to others.
There is an illusion that is created by the stock market modeled crypto-trading community -that you are investing in a company. Unlike a cryptocurrency, a company is run by a CEO, one who is handsomely compensated by the hour, allowing him/her to live securely. A company is supported by employees, who also have security in their salaries or hourly wages. Ultracoin is not a business, it is not a company. The UTC board members are not employees. Ultracoin is a movement, supported by volunteers. Remember this, because it is the aforementioned illusion that has corrupted our community. One disillusioned individual recently posted that their job was to buy UTC and sit back, maybe troll every now and then, and complain on the forum... smart.
I joined the team and VOLUNTEERED my time for one reason. Not because I am simply a heavy bag holder, I hold many heavy bags, UTC is but one. Not because I am bored, I have my own business to run in order to provide for my family -who hates when I stay up all night organizing information to conduct a professional and fair giveaway and promote a voting contest. No... I joined the team because I was tired of watching and waiting. I thought, damn, dcgirl and others are working their asses off with a lot of pressure, because of their passion...not just greed like most others. I wanted to step up. So when I attempt to promote community involvement, I am not asking anyone for anything that I was not willing to give up myself. That is the first rule of being a leader of any kind.
Some nights, I work till the wee hours. Some nights I come home and spend time with the family. Most nights I come home and try to do something to help UTC succeed. More often than not, that time is spent doing things that are not immediately obvious to everyone -regardless, I am doing what I can personally afford.
Let's get some things on the table. Lets be honest here, we're all adults (I think...)
We all know UTC has some issues. Some things that need to be fixed yesterday.
Be realistic in your expectations, be smart with your words, be humble in your opinion, and be strategic in your approach. If you see something that is broke, fix it. Any volunteers ever been turned down around here? Doubt it.
I know, that dcgirl put in a tremendous amount of work...everyday. Yet, many continued to poke and prod, pounding their fists like greedy children who never learned how to appreciate or respect. Let me just say, the writing is on the wall. It is likely she will not return, and it is your fault. Regardless of the current value, she worked tirelessly, with a sense of commitment to everyone here. That was her motivation, it was all of you. YOU took that from her, and ultimately pushed her away from us. Whether directly or indirectly it didn't matter, she was UTC - and all of your comments and gripes and complaints impacted her directly. It is your fault and all of us now how to live with that. Of course not ALL of you are at fault, but damn, if the shoe fits...don't be afraid to wear it.
Some of the UCMs out there are amazing. Some of you continue to inspire me and take ownership of Ultracoin. If the rest of you want some brilliant guidance... read the part in blue a few times over. I will continue to do what I can with what I know. Which typically isn't more than you, because the moment I know something, I release that information. If you want to talk to just to hear yourself talk, well continue posting randomly on here. If you want to be taken seriously, than take it a step further. Reach out and get in direct contact with someone. Don't be just another goofy name posting garbage on the forum, act.
I will continue to push valid, constructive feedback to the team. You can rest assured that just about everything you have posted has already been discussed at length during board meetings. I know in the absence of information there is anxiety and confusion, and that is the number one problem that needs to be fixed. I am giving my best towards finding solutions.
And for those who the shoe didn't fit... thanks for all that you do.
"It's not what you say that counts, it's what you do."
