Damn I'm glad I was mining something else and didn't bother to download it but many people may have been infected already, I wonder what the coin's dev has to say about this.
Yes, I'm definitely not willing to take any chances and wouldn't recommend anyone downloading this on their main computer either until we can get some clarification.
