What happen with the site? Is it currently maintenance? Each time I click "Back to home" it always direct me to this link https://athero.io/VN/ and error 404 is shown. It strange, because a few days ago still working when i come to visit.
Site was updated today (more optimized) . When you were visiting, web was under maintenance.

As far as I know, in the past to use avatar does not require rank limit. Even I ever find newbie account using an avatar.
It look like the person is using an avatar before new rules are created, the rules for use an avatar are at least full member.
