Atomic Wallet is registered in Estonia. That's pretty clear, if you click on the certificate on our web site. You may find information about our company in any public registry. Konstantin Gladych is our CEO and main cofounder. He was the CEO at Changelly for almost 3 years, but recently left company. It's a public information, as well. Other team members you may find in our public white paper. As for our legal company partner, we are not obliged to disclose that. KYC/AML is the common practice for any legal business to prevent money laundering. However Atomic Wallet is an anonymous custody free service, we don't have access to your private keys and funds. But if you use built-in 3rd party Changelly or ShapeShift exchanges, you accept their terms of use. Once again, the issue mentioned above is not related to Atomic Wallet service. If you have any claims to our company, feel free to send us request, or ask the local police department. If the issue concerns one of our exchange partners, they will provide information according to the Europol AML request to help investigation. We are pretty sure, changenow already did that concerning the fake user IDs.

You seem to know a lot about the situation regarding the other user, you even post using the same words and style that are used by the scammers at changenow

The other user sent fake ID twice because he was not aware they would ask for ID. Like him and like millions of other people, I also would never send my ID to an exchange especially one that claimed to be "anonymous and limitless" but then selective scammed instead. When changenow did not allow him the option to either send ID or have his funds returned he decided to play them at their own game. The changenow scammer sbit off more than they could chew when they took on the other user because he humiliated changenow by exposing them for the scammers they obviously are.

As for your laughable explanation of AML/KYC you are spouting the same nonsense as your colleague Polina_ChangeNOW. Which AML/KYC laws are you referring to? Belize, Netherlands? Russia? As the other user has pointed out you have some deep connections with changenow and Evercode

Hey! In Atomic we don't require memo for XLM. It's uniq address for each user. Feel free to leave memo empty on withdrawal from exchange.

Good question! Komodo is trying to build regular exchange. We suppose Atomic Swap technology is more likely for marketplace. Anyway the more companies on the market work on adoption, the better for users!

Hey! if you have any claims to our company, please, send us a request at [email protected], we will be happy to investigate. As we see other user has an issue with changenow exchange, provided fake documents twice. And for some reason he is still hiding identity, that looks very suspicious for any legal business according to AML/KYC policy. BTW that issue is not related to our company. We suggest you to move discussion away from this topic, not to confuse other users. Hope for your understanding.

Stay away from Atomic Wallet, another user has highlighted their association with changenow and Evercode so better to not risk your hard earned funds.

If this Atomic Swaps wallet is connected to changenow and Evercode then it is probably a very good idea to stay away from this wallet.
