ltc isn't a scam but the fact that charlie lee abandoned it doesn't fill me with confidence. Aurumcoin has made promises of backing the coin with gold and nothing has been done in 4-5 years, hence me calling it a scam. The only thing that happened was the creator abandoned this.
AurumCoin made promise to back it via their indiegogo campaign that was stopped or if the community collect coins non were done that is why the coin is not backed-up yet. They say they can back it with market makers Only if the coin will reach 1 ounce value, want gold-backed coin? Help it reach this destination. This will happened aventually when coin value continue to raise and Bitcoin value continue to raise.

this coin is a fork of bitcoin and most bitcoin forks are scams. Have you seen bitcoin gold, bitcoin diamond and litebitcoin? Pure money grabs. This coin is a bitcoin fork that has no backing and hence a dishonest scam.

Bitcoin itself is not a scam, but this coin is a scam.
You are a joke, this coin is from 2014 same time as LTC, is it also a scam Because it is Bitcoin fork? You didnt gave me answer what are you doing here? What you try to get? Do you want me to send you 500 AurumCoins because you think its a scam?

Because you're the one who says that it will be backed by gold. Why should I have to back it myself? :l

Or are you trying to prove my point that this coin is a scam?
Bitcoin and AurumCoin are not a scam
What you are doing in this forum, why are you posting here?

Pump and dump scam coin like Bitcoin  Wink but with future gold-backing, best investement you ever made! put 50 USd from your investement budget and hold!!!

nah you havent done anything to back it in 5 years, scam coin

plus it got hacked and lots of drama
Why I need to back it? Back it yourself.
Actually everybody who uses this coin need to agree on its value, if you want fast money, go away. That is why I say buy and HOLD for long term.

Hello Aurumcoin Community, at the moment we are in turbulent times for Aurumcoin, first an Exchange turned out to be a cheater, now the hack of another exchange, but nothing the more the project goes on and when the market calms down again the price will rise again and the coin is nearing its goal of being weighed in gold. Now the coin is not yet linked to the price of gold, but in the future it will be. It is being worked on.

For the time being we have another Coin Explorer:
http://185.141.62.129:3001

In the near future there will be another snapshot of the blockchain, but more information later.
Also, there will be other good news in the near future.

thanks for that. well as we know i already added some security  Roll Eyes

500 is not all coins for sale. more than 6500 coins for sale in cryptoia
Someone else is selling.
Besides cryptohub was hacked not AurumCoin nor Bitcoin that also got stolen.
I wish I could buy all the 6500 Aurum Coins in current price.
I know now that real investors are buying for long term and for gold backing. You can quote me and check 5 years from now 1 AurumCoin = 1 ounce

well it would make sense that whoever hacked the exchange and stole aurumcoin could have started a massive sell off. First he would start selling -> others would start selling -> and so on and so forth, but also it's possible that a lot of those orders were simply there before the selloff as well since cryptopia has the highest trade volume. Also did you consider that it might be more than 500?
Thats the number cryptohub gave it make sence.
I like proofs coin was dumped hard but I truelly believe it get back to 1 ounce.

only problem is that the original owner originally made the coin as a platform and abandoned it. This coin has been slammed with many pump and dumps and has had several hacks. If you want proof of the guy who abandoned it, here mate

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/aucoin-380677

this is the original owner who created this coin as a platform and abandoned it when it became less profitable.

My point which again you are missing is that I do not have to research to back your claim of CryptoHub losing AU coins when their site and post did not include AU as a coin which was lost.  With any other system out there, if you present a claim, evidence must follow.  Basic stuff.  Again, I can claim that Santa Clause is real but without proof, he is still fictional.  All of those posts, all of your claims of dead project, etc...  This project was over 500k sats recently.  Regardless of your feelings on this project, or the thoughts you have about it's validity or not; there are people who are invested and believe in this project.  The project went from nothing to over 500k sats even after all of the abandonment from the original dev.  This project will continue to grow.  The volume is consistent.  The price will fluctuate.  No worries.

My suggestion to you is go spread FUD elsewhere.

The owner went ahead and posted the information today. I asked you to speak directly to the owner like I did, but he went ahead and posted it on the front page.

80% of ALL aurumcoin were stolen.

So i've backed up all of my claims with proof, what now mr.troll?  Grin
