This post explains both the AutoDiv (Closed to new investors) and the AutoDiv3 (Open to new investor) funds.

What is AutoDiv 3?

AutoDiv 3 maintains an aggressive yet reliable 3.0% weekly yield target. With a ceiling of 6.5% and a floor of 3.0% investors are assured of steady income with a chance for additional upside and share price appreciation.

AutoDiv 3 derives its income from the following sources:

• My 25% stake in the lucrative AutoDiv Closed Fund. (As outlined below).
• A trading system that not only finds undervalued opportunities in cryptocurrency, but exploits them at will.

In the event of 'windfall' earnings above the 6.5% ceiling, those earnings are placed in reserve to ensure that the 3.0% weekly floor will be met.

Windfalls are common using this system because a percentage of the fund is used to speculate on thinly traded cryptocurrency and assets that have the potential for rapid price appreciation.

This fund is Open-Ended.

The float is 100,000,000 AutoDiv3 Assets.

Each week the capital from the prior week's earning will be placed into service. Dividends will be paid each Saturday before 12:00 NOON UTC.

75% of earnings will be returned to investors and I will retain 25%.

This asset is perfect for long-term asset holders who are looking for solid returns paid once weekly.

BTW, the IPO has been closed and the unsold assets have been burned.

Nobody bought 1,000 AutoDiv assets so I awarded account NXT-K65E-FLXQ-2GPJ-EPML7 randomly the last 500.

You can purchase using BTC but the asset dividends will be paid in NXT.

That client works similar to a web wallet. You can create an account and login. Once you receive dividends you can send them to your favorite exchange and trade them in for BTC.

This way you don't have to install a client on your end.
