MNrunners: while we preparing better deployment tools, you can use the following to compile on ubuntu:

1) prepare the system and build dependencies (https://github.com/AXErunners/axe/wiki/Detailed-guide:-Masternodes)

2a) for VPS

2b) for regular client (ubuntu)

Code:

wget https://gist.github.com/charlesrocket/f5331e54b47344b6957781bbbea8dc33/raw/34bdba7c2b6dff507af43d544fee1e8d51ad69b4/axecore.sh && bash axecore.sh

you can use these commands to update the client upon new release

for binaries https://github.com/AXErunners/axe/releases

don't forget to stop the client with axe-cli stop before running the update!
