i heard about Segwit2x was originally scheduled , but canceled due to lack of concensus..the good thing is that a group of enthusiasts are going to solve bitcoin's problem by forking it at block 505,000 and also they going to develop new features like Replay Protection and 2MB Block Size and Segwit Implementation. Great project.

I specifically like the concept of this project and what it intend to address in the bitcoin network, it a shame that the fork was cancel but good thing that the segwit2x dev are still determine to push this forward to solve the problem of slow transaction and very high fees in the bitcoin network, i hope to see success in this project inline with the roadmap. I just love every thing about segwit2X , Bitcoin’s main value propositions is its potential as a payment rail. I prefer on-chain transactions to be cheaper and faster than they have been recently, With bigger Bitcoin blocks the network can handle more transactions, This should drive average fees down and have transactions confirm faster.
