Bancor has so far put more than $5 million into developing the Kenya project, according to Galia Benartzi, a co-founder of Bancor. Like many in the crypto world, she speaks of remaking the global financial system. “The real opportunity here with blockchain and crypto is that we can build railways for a financial system which doesn’t rely on so much profiteering to operate it, which means that value can be redistributed, reinjected to communities and people,” she says.

I have used Bancor several times and I did like the experience. However, when I saw this exchange hacked I never come back to it. Hacks on the decentralized exchange is a finish line for me. Oh yes, its not even decentralized 
While the platform was being hacked, the funds were not stolen from the users. Any projects have problems and mistakes. There is not a single project that would have everything perfect when developed. Here in the project is a very strong team. October 30, 2018, 09:31:34 AM

Hey there, I understand the hack is a scary thing, however, this case it was actually theft. However, Bancor is proud to say that not one wallet was compromised during the incident. Please, if you have any questions let us know.

This is ground breaking achievement crosschain decentralized liquidity protocol. BancorX is showing good progress of unveiled things and surely such projects always keep some features as secret development until they don't get full control over development challenges. Bancor already has shown its strength and approach at global level which should be watched to imagine its standing in couple of years from now.
