to get the airdrop we only need to hold the BNT token but I want to ask if there are at least how many tokens we have to hold and what is the comparison to get it?
No minimum.
All holders will receive 10% of whatever their BNT balance is at the time of the snapshot.
So if you hold 100 BNT during the snapshot, you will be airdropped 10 ETHBNT.
If this could be implemented than only few people will get huge advantage from this method. I'm also excited for this airdrop no doubt this is a great initiative from the team.

Bancor has sharpened its focus on composability to drive front-end implementations.

Indeed that is not an ordinary airdrop which could effect the current price so that I also agreed with you. They are offering a totally different token for this purpose so that I also have good hope from this event.

so for all people who hold BNT tokens will get airdrop and for distribution will it happen on 1-1-2020?
Make sure to move your BNT to a non-custodial wallet (such as the Bancor Wallet available on https://bancor.Network) before December. As long as your tokens are in a non-custodial wallet you will receive the airdrop and have direct access to the BNTETH tokens when they are distributed.
Binance is the first exchange supporting the Bancor Airdrop. Some other exchanges may also list ETHBNT. Stay tuned!
