Thanks for letting us know your thoughts on this, Alex, but it seems like you may be making assumptions about the character of Bancor's developers. Often, the legal teams for an organization advise teams not to make promises about the future price of a token, or try to influence it. So while some might assume that the developers not influencing the price is due to arrogance or a similar unappealing trait, it's often due to a desire to comply with regulation. And that's a very good thing, because organizations that don't comply with regulations can bring trouble upon themselves, and jeopardize the service that they provide to the community.

This news alone isn't the reason for this today's spike of approximated 30% increase. It was actually due and was waiting for suitable market conditions since accumulation at suppressed price lasted months. Whenever I was looking at BNT based on work and development isn't not moving like it is doing now. That volume is wonderful which backed this rally.

I have read it before but only few knows about it, bancor is busy improving there platform that publicity like this will be under there radar, the instant conversion is a big help if your in hurry to a get a hold of a certain token.

I have used services of shapeshift and other instant exchange sites before but none was as fast as BANCOR. Every time I need to convert my token in hurry bancor is my go to.

Exactly! Cryptoverse is getting more competitive these days that only projects with working products and real use cases would have a high possibility of long term survival and this often resembles the phrase "survival of the fittest".

This news is good for new comers or those are trying to make their minds about crypto projects and are indecisive. I am long time holder of BNT with reasonable quantity. They are just keep expanding with different things without looking at the market and this makes it great project. Next bull run is going to bring it in top markets as well.

Effective today, EMCO will be temporarily removed from the Bancor Web App as the Emirate Coin team conducts an upgrade to their token.

EMCO will be added back to the Bancor Web App next week following completion of the upgrade process.

EMCO holders should follow the guide (available in Bancor's Official Announcement channel on Telegram) to migrate their tokens to the newest version.

Any questions related to the EMCO token migration should be directed at the Emirate Coin team.
