Hey banx team.
Any ETA on this wallet fix?
I am now no longer able to move any coins at all, crashes every time.
With the previous fix, I managed to send two small test transactions before it crashed again.
Any advice appreciated Smiley
Cheers

Hi Bizzyb,

We are still working on a fix for this. We have a dedicated wallet developer working on it at the moment to fix not only the wallet but other parts of the coin that he has found problems with. We will keep you posted on any updates. I'm hoping we will have something early next week or possibly over the weekend.

Sorry about this and thanks for your patience.

Hey Banx team, still having issues with the Windows QT wallet.
I can send one transaction at a time, before it crashes, then I have to delete and then re-install and re-sync before I can then send another transaction.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Any suggestions?
Cheers

Hi Bizzyb, Yes this is a problem that we are having with the wallet at the moment. We have a developer looking into the code to fix it at the moment. We will announce the wallet update on here so keep your eyes peeled. At the moment you are right, to send anything you have to delete the blockchain and resync and then it works. Very frustrating I know but we are getting it fixed Smiley

Thanks for your patience.

I transfered my Banxshares from c-cex to banx.io and have been waiting for 20-30 minutes for the transfer to complete. I have the transaction ID, where can i check it?

Can you try logging out and logging back in again please. Your shares should be there now.

i would like to sell my shares, but i'm not allowed to sell below 0.0022. But evertime i look at the trades there are sells/buys below that prize. So i think my shares will never get sold. Seems that theres some manipulation or is it this private investor thing?

Hi there, please see your PM's

I am sure the security is more than adequate to hold your shares there, but we all know how solid the protection of a personal wallet can be, i would say that one falls to personal preference Smiley

Mark,

Do you recommend storing our shares on the exchange or would you prefer we held them locally?

It is much easier to just leave them on the exchange if you feel development and security are far enough along.

PROFIT PAYOUT:

Hi everyone just to confirm we paid out our first profit payout 22 days early on the 6th Nov.

The profit payout was: Profit Payout Per Share: 0.00009116 BTC / 0.0311 cents per share profit

100% of the profits from banx.io trade fees were paid out

remember to get the profit payout you need to have your shares in banx.io system for midnight on the 25th of each month (UK time) to be paid out on the 28th of each month.

Thanks

Hey Banx team, quick technical question.
Every time I try to send Banx, the wallet crashes and doesn't send.
Wallet is encrypted, password is correct.
Have installed a fresh wallet on a completely different PC, replaced the wallet.dat, and same again, try to send, enter password, wallet crashes.
This is on Windows.
Any ideas please?

I had a windows wallet problem, and got these instructions from one of the dev guys:
backed up the wallet.dat,
installed the latest version from here http://banxshares.com/get-started/
then open your user folder highlight your name at the top and put this into the bar at the top:
%appdata%\Banx
then delete:
blocks
chainstate
database
.lock
db.log
debug.log
***********but be VERY careful not to delete wallet.dat ************

then make a file in that folder called banx.conf and put this into it:
addnode=188.226.203.10
addnode=188.226.199.118
addnode=107.170.89.158
addnode=107.170.17.7
addnode=128.199.219.57
addnode=128.199.222.178
addnode=95.85.17.75

Windows will try and name the file banx.conf.txt  but you won’t see the .txt so it’s important that you have the ‘hide file extensions’ option unchecked in views under folder options in the control panel.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I followed these instructions and it sorted my problem

Good Luck Wink
Thanks mate worked a treat.
The wait for the re-sync seemed like the longest time ever ! *phew*
