I know higher education institutions will be very happy to operate on the network. The diploma I believe can be traced even after long. I'm I correct?

I guess it's time to refresh this topic about BCDiploma.

They've rebranded the Framework to EvidenZ.
BCDT is the fuel of the EvidenZ ecosystem ("Blockchain Certified Data Token").
BCDiploma is one of the usage case of EvidenZ ecosystem. It's currently the only usage case, but more usage cases may be available in the future, as the EvidenZ framework enables to issue certified data on the blockchain for anything.
So far, they're working with more than 100 institutions over 16 countries.

The token, BCDT, is used to publish the certified datas on the blockchain.
Basically, each diplomas has a cost, tokens are bought from the market and 25% of the bought tokens are burnt.
EvidenZ team can handle the process of buying tokens from the market through the smart contract, but they also provied everything to institutions so they can do it by themselfs if they want.

BCDiploma was chosen by the CEF Digital for taking part in the EBSI project for 2 years, basically an European blockchain which seems to be a fork of ETH only available for the countries/companies taking part in the project.
We don't have a lof of informations as this is subject to privacy, but we can guess that it'll be to publish certified Diplomas on the EBSI blockchain.

BCDiploma was chosen by Binance to create the blockchain certificate regarding the Binance Webimarathon on BSC blockchain.

CZ is probably the first to get his certificate. Binance is working with BCDiploma to publish the certificates of everyone who attended the quiz of the Binance Webimarathon and had a high enough results to suceed. Hopefully, this will be finished as soon as possible.

BCDiploma will take part in the Binance MVB Accelerator Program (https://www.binance.com/en/blog/421499824684901587/Binance-Launches-The-Most-Valuable-Builder-MVB-Accelerator-Program) to increase it's visibility.

BCDT can be bought on Uniswap/Balancer/1inch.
No CEX currently, hopefully it'll be listed on a CEX one day.
Why not Binance as the team is working with them ?

One very important  event is than ODEM is become one of the best projects of 2018, as an educational project with some basic ideas common with bcdiploma, it is positive for whole crypeconomy.

Daily volume is almost zero. Not sure why, but I am sure the project is legit and the team is working to get the product fully operational. They already have made a lot of progress in both marketing and development.
I think the product is not officially released but it is ready and working on mainnet.

IMO it is one of the most undervalued tokens that could gain 10X is a short period and with a little push.

The token is on CMC indeed. But I see 62$ of daily volume ...
Was this project a scam or just a total failure ?
( I noticed they raised 1.6M$ initially so i'm wondering )

Well said, hope soon community get something more tangible. Sure team have done a lot of works so far.

Whatever it was, however, I still do not see any active updates regarding the project. the team did not completely think over its strategy of work. so it is not known in which direction they will move further to improve their development path.

It's very much alive and kicking actually

New customers will be on-boarded this month, 16,000 certifications have already been signed with more to come!  

Certifications will be live on the blockchain as the Universities customize how they want their certifications/diplomas to look.

More partnerships and schools in the works.

your soft cap target only 1.5 Million US dolars? is it too low with a project like this?
I think your project can get hard cap which is only 6 million USD. It is real

I like this project because of its simplicity and cost-effective creativity. I hope to develop an application project turnkey for the educational institutions and university graduates.
