Pay attention to each step of doing KYC, are'u sure if photo you have given is clearly visible? Are'u not wrong writing date and when selfie?My KYC was rejected two times wthout any reason, when I do not know why, how I can pass it next time?
My advise would be for him to ensure his document is well scanned most of the time the problem is usually from poorly scanned document

I also experienced the same thing, my Kyc was rejected during the first verification but when I did the Kyc for the second time I did a selfie by stretching my hands to the front of my chest so that the ID and BCNX words were very clear on the camera, almost 30-35 cm from the front chest and thank God, my KYC is finally accepted, you can try it, good luckMy KYC was rejected two times wthout any reason, when I do not know why, how I can pass it next time?

Next, would be talks about what tokens get listed first. I think the top ten tokens would get to the top first then we get to see the best tokens get listed. It would be nice if BCNEX had a low listing fee and a high standard.

when there are many ICO scams, but I'm very proud of BCNEX team because managed to convince all investors to invest here. I also hope that after the BCNEX will be more projects that can convince more investors about ICO not just IEO

A very big and warm congratulations to BCNEX. It has been a soft and smooth ride all the way. I must commend the team for their doggedness and determination to have come this far.
