There will be a minimum payment of 5 chips (5 mbtc) for the weekly rakeback payments. If you don't accumulate 5 chips in rakeback it will carry over to the next week until you have accumulated 5 chips in rakeback.
The reason is because there are many rakeback transfers that are .02, .05, .12 etc from players that play a few micro tournaments a week or that play just a few hands, and don't care much about rakeback. All these micro transfers take up a lot of time and also take up support's time who must release it.
