They mine just to test the network, or they want to waste some energy..

The same problem. Made 10-12 diff lux.conf - NO sync! It's first time I see such terrible wallet. All monets even worthless have working wallets without addings .inf and etc

Anyway, be careful and run wallet in VM, for example.
