In addition to this, DEV should account for the funds allocated for Bounties - We need to know how much was spent and how much is left for FUTURE PROJECTS.

It does not matter if too much BIGUP has already been spent - ALL we want is TRANSPARENCY.

We are happy with the BOUNTIES anyway - it acts like a PR strategy.
