The 2020 year was a difficult year for all of us: for our families, friends, organizations, and our countries. The world had to adapt very quickly to unusual circumstances because of COVID-19 and at the same time continue with our life as best as possible.
We would like to thank you all for supporting our project.
We were able to find new ways to keep moving forward to 2021 with our community, advisors, and strategic partners, when it was needed more than ever.
We are developing several changes and improvements for the year ahead. Selected segments of the project are at a high stage of completion, as well as preparations for listing on the Exchange, and we can't wait to share them with you in 2021.

They have already responded for that - bounty hunters will receive remaining after the listing or in some parts (could be again 10%) in 2-4 months.
Btw, I dont know if they post this here (lazy to search), but in Russian local board they say that those who continue supporting Billcrypt will receive rewards quicker. Users in local board call this as a "you have to work more to get what you have already earned". Also Billcrypt say, those who post anything negative (like yours "I don't have high hopes for this project" probably, lol), wont get any reward

BILLCRYPT has too little information, $11,172,608 value of tokens sold in ICO, is this the correct number? A campaign stretching from 2018 to 2020, investors are hoping for a quality update.
wow from 2018 to 2020,, thats very long journey mate and more than 11 millions collected during the ICO is good amount to start developing this project
but, why this project didn't tradeable on exchange until now? hopefully the team will give some good news with this project in the near time
11 million is good amount if it was actually collected and not artificially inflated just to get few investors excited, it is no longer news that many project owners are doing such things, they lie about the amount raised but when the sale has ended and it is time to actually use the supposed funds for development it will take longer than necessary because the claimed amount raised was not actually so.

They will not address the question we raised because they are not delivering their words on the promises made by them, many people have already left this project because they are not distributing the coins on the timely manner and even nobody doesn't know how long it is going to take for the distribution.

Just check their previous quarter milestones, nothing is achieved also. I clearly remember that they had bounty campaign. I doubt that the rewards are distributed (that was planned to do in Q2 2020).
Since lockdown period had started all around the world, Billcrypto also used that excuse to pause everything. How can a lockdown interfere distribution and listing in a world where almost everything is digital ?
By the look on their webpage, where rectangles with text are just placed over gif or background picture, it is hard to believe they raised $ 11 172 608.

About the first remark I can say as a participant that the bounty was decently distributed.
I don't have high hopes for this project but I'm open for a surprise.

As I see - during 6-7 months nothing is done and achieved. I might be wrong, and billcrypt can correct me, but so far they dont post any valuable info.
I have real doubts that they raised these 11 millions. I have real doubts they will come up with some product. I have a inner feeling, that they are just afraid to announce they failed and just play for time.
But I dont like most - the way they treat and blackmail bounty hunters. Bounty has ended long ago. To be able to get 10% of your earned reward, you must be positive about the project and keep supporting it, dont spread negative (while they are silent with updates), and when you receive that 10% - hold it. Because if you sell them (not traded anywhere), you wont get remaining 90%. Awful attitude.

Well dev, here's your chance to provide your years long of work. Q4 is next month, lots of things with exchange should have been finalized up to this date or at least close to be finalized. You can at least name those 10 exchanges, or show what milestone has been achieved these past few months.

But are you sure the price will go as high as $1 as they say? and the team has said that there are already 10 exchanges offering their token listings, here I honestly still don't believe whether it's true or not because there is no support from the community.
$1 is their ITO price, for later after listing we don't know it will be reached or will experience a dump, actually I also need information on how far they are doing development. They always forbid anyone to write on telegram and that is one of the obstacles to communication between the team and the community. in my opinion it is also very unlikely to be listed on 10 exchanges simultaneously, I am also curious about the 10 exchanges they mention

They have reached softcap, they ICO have ended, but they still keep running it. What for? Take a glance on a roadmap. Their token must have been listed a year ago, while they still continue raising funds.
As people post here - they havent distributed bounty rewards in full amount. That is a first sign of a scam. They dont have a product so far, even though they have all funds to start the work. Second sign of a scam. Or they simply dont understand what to do with the money.
