lol. I would like it to start on 1st too. My current campaign will be over only then. What I said is to announce the rates, escrow, etc. before that so that we can compare and select the one we want.

lol this campaign is not starting speciall for you , if you missed the right moment you will have to choose from what remains

If you haven't noticed, there are many campaigns starting on Dec 1. Around 3 or 4 new ones. Not including existing ones. It is preferable. Most of the campaigns existing ones, end on Dec 1. If they need a larger selection base, they need to announce it before and start it on Dec 1. Like Carra did.
