This coin (BXC) need a hard pumping (i.e x10 , x20 ,....) to attract more investors because its supply is very low, around 5 millions, and the price is so cheap, $0.014190

If I'm not mistaken to understand this topic, KYC will only required for they who purchase the coins during the private sale, Everyone who are able to perform the quickest KYC will get the coins during the private sale, It's like that isn't it?
As topic subject states there is no ICO, no private sale was made nor will be made. What we have on our roadmap is indeed a decentralized KYC solution so people can verify their identity on services.
